From the rise of the first generation mobile communication system (1G) to the advent of the 5G era, for more than half a century, the rapid development of mobile communication technology has led to transformative changes in our way of life. 

As a new generation of mobile communication technology, 5G is expected to form rich iconic applications in a variety of scenarios, to profoundly change people's production and life, and bring us a new future full of infinite possibilities. With the integration of 5G and vertical industry, it puts forward new challenges to the protection and application of 5G patents. Different industries need to work together to study patent rules and build a 5G patent ecological environment. 

At this backdrop, on December 12, 2019, under the guidance of Zhongguancun Administrative Committee and China (Beijing) intellectual property Protection Center, Telecommunication Development Industry Alliance (TDIA)  and Beijing incoShare will host the first "5G Patent Protection and Application Forum" in Beijing Xijiao (Western Suburb)  Hotel.
