Recently, upon application, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of China issued a license for 5G test frequencies in the 4.9GHz band to China Broadcast Network Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Broadcast Network. CBN"), allowing it to deploy 5G networks in 16 cities, including Beijing.

Prior to this, China Broadcast Network has obtained a 5G commercial license issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, becoming the fourth 5G telecom operator in China after China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom.

The test frequency license marks that China Broadcast Network has officially obtained the right to use 5G frequencies in relevant areas, which will help to further promote its 5G network construction and industry application development. At the same time, it provides more choices for individual and industry users to obtain 5G services.

In the next step, MIIT will continue to pay attention to the construction of CBN's 5G network, guide it to do a good job in base station deployment and radio interference coordination, and constantly improve network quality and service level.
